Finally a centrally located zip line in Missouri!  Zip and Dip Zip Line Adventures is now open for thrills at The Off-Sets in Mine La Motte. In 2009, there were only 3 zip lines in Missouri which could have lead to a several hour drive to enjoy the adventure. But now this new zip line will allow faster access for many to this fabulous and thrilling rush of adrenaline activity. This is a rapidly growing interest that can now be enjoyed to those located in the central Midwest. So Zip on down and see us sometime. 

The Off-Sets is an old quarry that features 50'+ deep water and cliffs up to 50' high, has been an extremely popular swimming and diving/cave diving location in Missouri for years. Now with the addition of Zip and Dip Zip lines, you'll be able to zip over the water-filled quarry from a forested start.  Need local lodging?  Visit the Dragonflyinbb Bed and Breakfast.

Wet and Dry Landings 

 Come join the fun. The OffSets and ziplines are open, enjoy;

Currently there are 3 lines running across the quarry, 2 are wet landings and 1 dry landing (approx. 1,000 feet) – OPEN

Return line - 1 line back, dry landing (approx. 800 feet) - OPEN

Rules for the Off-Sets property

• No pets, styrofoam or glass bottles
• Alcoholic beverages are allowed -must be 21 & up, wristbands will be issued and we will be carding
• Alcohol possession/consuption by minors is strictly forbidden
  

Rules for Zip and Dip Zip Line

• No alcoholic beverages allowed in the zip line area
• Weight - Must be at least 60lbs. and not exceeding 280lbs. to zip
• Health - Must be in good health, no recent surgeries and not pregnant.

Zip Line Hours - 2012 Season

• Open 7 days a week, by reservation only!
• Weekdays - by reservation only
• Weekends and holidays - by reservation only

Fees:

The Off-Sets entrance fee - $10 per person entrance fee; this will cover swimming and hiking for the day.

No entrance fee for Zip Line Access ONLY; (you will not be swimming, etc.) You must go directly to the zip line building, do your zip line run/s and depart the premises immediately after your last run. Should you decide to stay, the normal $10 entrance fee needs to be paid at that time.

Zip Line Tour Package - "2012 Rates"

• Over and back (start from the tower) - 1st run - $29 per person
  2nd run and additional over and back runs (same person) -  $25 per person
  
• Single runs (start from the tower) - 1st run - $20 per person
  2nd run and additional runs (same person) - $15 per person

"Zip Line Day Pass"  Sat and Sun only - $75.00 per day, per person
(no switching)

Zip Line Group Rates (8 or more) Over and back

• 1st run - $25 per person, 2d run and additioanl runs (same person) - $20 per person

No night zips at this time. 

Additional fees for other activities include; tube rental, camping and scuba (must have your own gear). To dive inside the mine, you must be cave certified and present your cave card at the entrance.
